Ajisat´s questionle life choices

Besides pushing degree and full time job i found out that i really like to cook.

Especially when i´m home alone, i really like to make some stuff to be able to cook and put on some music or show.

Let me start with that i mostly like Two cuisines and It´s Italian and Ukrainian. Through the years of cooking i grew to love cooking one dish, and got so skilled in making it that don´t need any recipe anymore. And that dish is simply called: Ragù alla Bolognese

I just don´t know why but i really love this one dish and i would make it every day if i lived alone XD.
