Really often in my life i start something with intention of doing it every day but after few days i find myself in a position where i just tell to myself “it wont hurt to skip it today, or im really tired so im gonna do it tomorrow” and the outcome is, that i can totally forgot or have no energy to continue with that and often in the end i drop it (like work outs, or stretching).
For example this blog, my intention was to post every day, but now i post like every other day or so, i mean i´m trying but sometimes i have to do work and forget or have other things to do.
So for me i would like to learn to be more consistent and have a stronger willpower to not drop things that i actually like.
