Ajisat´s questionle life choices

Hey guys.

Last time I made a review for Twice ENEMY album, and I had so much fun reviewing that I decided to make another album, their latest one This is For.

Since it´s Full album, it would be longer, but we don´t mind, right?

TWICE – THIS IS FOR album:

1. FOUR – 1:45 – very new sound, obviously intro track for concerts etc. Love it but as I said, it´s an intro.
2. This is for – 2:11 – for a title track it´s so short it´s criminal. They have a longer version for dance break. As for the song, I love it very much. It´s fresh, new, addicting and it´s definitely a girl’s anthem.
3. OPTIONS – 3:06 – “I got all this options baby”. Totally a vibe (I wish I can relate). Jihyos “if you only knew what I could do to you” YASS QUEEN, slay, Iconic. Very nice sound, I can play that on repeat and not grew tired of it.
4. MARS – 2:21 – Do I have to even tell? “WE ARE ALIIIIIVEEEEE” One of the best high notes I ever experienced from twice. I think it may be my favourite (it´s this one or Heartbreak avenue) by sound, by lyrics especially. Only thing that would make it better is if Jeongyeon sang that high note too.
5. RIGHT HAND GIRL – 2:31 – Great on Spotify, even greater live at concert, on lollapalooza? Girl take my soul I never wanted to be in America soo much in my entire life.
6. PEACH GELATO – 2:18 – low key can be interpreted as lil bit freaky (there´s a joke that this album might be the freakiest of all Twice albums, even in industry) I mean “When I saw that thing shake, thought I hit the lotto, dripping so sweet like a peach gelato” girl exueze me? (not a typo I meant exueze me XD). Overall, I like the song but if I had to make a ranking it would be low in this album.
7. HI HELLO – verry pretty, very nice, I love the lyrics but it´s not really my song, too much “HI HELLO” for me – I mean I can´t lie if it´s a review and say I like everything. As a Twice fan I love their diversity and that everyone can find their song, this one is just not really for me. I would be vibing to it in the club tho.
8. BATTITUDE – 2:26 – sub unit of MOMO, MINA, NAYEON and JEONGEON. Verry unexpected sound, very sexy, very mature, verry fun (especially live – I mean the little dance break, so silly but cool)
9. DAT AHH DAT OOH – 2:28 – sub unit of SANA, TZUYU, JIHYO, DAHYUN and CHAEYOUNG. – Perfection, Sana´s and Tzuy´s AHH and Dahyung´s “from the tippy to the hippy to the shoes” ICONIC, my favourite sub unit song from this album. Jihyo´s voice as always pure perfection.
10. LET LOVE GO – 2:58 – sub unit if JEONGYEON, MOMO, SANA and TZUYU – very comforting, dance at he club worthy song. Jeongyeon voice fits this song very well.
11. G.O.A.T. – 2:25 – sub unit OF MINA, DAHYUN AND CHAEYONG. Love it, super empowering song, that line “Couse I got a goal, it wont stop for you” Yess QUEENS, tell them.
12. TALK– 2:48 – Duet of JIHYO and NAYEON – love the song as it is, but was little bit disappointed, I mean everyone expected big number of high notes one after another, flexing ad libs etc. I think all the speculations about that downed it for me but the more I listen, the more I love it and it´s a shame they didn´t included this song in tour.
13. SEESAW – 3:30 – love song, Twice are one of the best in them (the best for me but everyone has their own favourite group). Very calm, very pleasant to hear. I think it would be a perfect song for car rides somewhere near water.
14. HEARTBREAK AVENUE – 3:16 – My favourite (with MARS). Twice are masters if ballads, after all this time it´s kind of expected to find at least one ballad on every album (usually at the end). Voices are heavenly, lyrics are very good. I think the reason why it has same position for me as MARS is because of the sound while MARS have more points lyrics wise (for me at least).
